took place on The Green on Friday and Saturday last. Over 150 boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 13 participated in what turned out to be a most enjoyable event. They enjoyed many coaching and fun activities and all who participated received a hurley and sliotar with the Carrick Swan emblem. In conjunction with this event we held ‘Ice Cream Morning’ on Saturday in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland and we sincerely thank those who contributed so generously to this very worthy cause. The juvenile section of our club sincerely thanks all those who helped in any way to make this event so enjoyable for the children and adults alike.
We especially thank the event organiser our juvenile secretary Terry Lonergan.
