Carrick Swan play St.Marys in south under 16 (A) hurling semi-final on Monday evening. The final of this competition will take place on Monday next.

Carrick Swan under 14 hurlers lost out to Mullinahone in south (B) final last week after a terrific game of hurling between two evenly matched teams. We trailed by a point at half time and the breaks never went our way in second half with Mullinahone scrambling home two goals while we missed a number of opportunities that came our way.  We congratulate Mullinahone on their win and compliment our panel of players and selectors on their commitment and effort throughout the year.

Carrick Swan under 12 hurlers will play St.Marys on Sunday next in Clogheen at 12 noon in their south final. We wish them the best of luck.

Our under 11’s travelled to Cobh for hurling blitz on the same day where they had a great day out winning the shield section and each player receiving medal. We sincerely thank the host club for their invitation to participate and for their hospitality

Our under 10 hurlers took part in county blitz in Thurles on Saturday where they performed well winning five out of six games and drawing the other.
