Carrick Swan under 16 hurlers played St.Marys in south (A) semi-final last week and lost out by a one point margin after a close and exciting game that, with a bit of luck, could have gone our way. We compliment the panel of players and selectors for their dedication and commitment throughout the year and with the majority of this panel under age again next year we can look forward with confidence.

Carrick Swan under 13 hurling is also due to commence on Saturday next and we await fixture confirmation at time of writing.

Carrick Swan under 12 hurlers played St.Marys in their south final on Sunday and lost out after and entertaining game.

Next Saturday will be busy day for a number of our under-age teams with our under 10 hurling panel travelling to Tramore for blitz.

We will also be hosting our annual under 8 Paddy Boland Memorial Tournament on The Green at 11.00 a.m. on Saturday and we look forward to an enjoyable morning’s activities.
